Who can benefit…
Anyone who wants to make something with their hands. No sewing required. In our workshops, you will enjoy step-by-step, make-along demonstrations with simple ways to elevate plain papers and a plethora of ideas to ignite your imagination and experience joy in the making for fun and profit. Funky or sophisticated, playful or all-business, these simple paper artifacts are excellent make-and-take projects, Girls’ night or Scout activities, family fun projects, craft fair hot items, event favors, or special occasion gifts. Be warned: once you get the hang of it, it’s addictive!
~ CREATIVE ADVENTURES FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS
Expressive adventures during non-school hours help kids relieve stress, decompress, and express themselves with creativity. Vocal, verbal, and visual opportunities to hear and use different forms of language encourage empowerment, socialization, emotional release and growth in skills, ideas and confidence. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, tweens and teens can explore risks and possibilities across a range of media and situations. Guided activities help kids focus, give voice to their uniqueness and have fun!
